We can’t say enough good about Kevin. From the time we started talking about listing our house until the sale closed, Kevin was on top of it. One of the things I appreciated is that he or his assistant was present at every showing. I think that takes a lot of effort on his part, but it makes a big difference in the perspective buyers viewing of the house. We had a contract within 6 weeks! We were also very pleased with his representation of us during the final negotiations with the buyer, and we were extremely happy with the price!
